We design so that developers and architects can focus on their main task — creating the aesthetics of buildings and cities. We will create documentation, working projects, reports, and references on all matters related to design. And we will also carry out modeling and verification for the assembly of any complexity of construction and machine-building projects.

Aestech's engineering expertise serves developers and architects to facilitate their task of static durability assessment. We carry out all the necessary analyses on the strength of the products in order to identify the most vulnerable areas of the structure and improve them at the design stage. We also identify the maximum values of the stress components in the material, which helps draw a conclusion about the reliability of the structure, and the ability to withstand the loads added to the system.

For this purpose, we use both the usual software systems FlowWorks, ANSYS, and our own Aestech AACB system, which is designed for the aerodynamic analysis of a system of spatial bodies with a compressible fluid. AACB is a panel method based on source sinks and eddy frames. For the spatial flow, three types of flow are taken into account:

 

• stationary flow with no circulation;
• stationary flow with circulation;
• non-stationary circulation with the rise of the vortex sheet.

 

We create panel grids in any finite element preprocessor (including CDFEM).

From idea to installation takes only a few steps. Aestech is your partner in the installation of any complexity of enclosing transparent structures. For this, we use our own specialized mechanisms. The experience and high qualifications of installers, foremen, project managers, and designers allow us to quickly complete tasks of any complexity.

Aestech has its own production. Upon your request, we will manufacture transparent structures — insulated glass units with higher stiffness and with a transparent distance, steel, aluminum, wooden, combined. You bring the idea, we bring it to life.
