"Epicenter Chabany" Shopping Center with Aestech Glazing Technology

As part of a project developed by Aestech (Kyiv), Paritet (Odesa) successfully completed the large-scale glazing of the facades for the new "Epicenter Chabany" shopping center in Kyiv.

Key features of the project:

• A unique large-format façade glazing design with minimal visible metal structures, ensuring maximum use of media screen surfaces located behind the façade glazing.
• Production and installation of over 3,000 m² of high-strength glass units using Aestech Glazing technology, featuring sizes of 2000x4000 mm and 2000x5000 mm, providing the perfect combination of aesthetics and functionality.

Advantages of “Aestech Glazing” systems:

• Energy efficiency: Façades deliver 20-25% higher energy efficiency due to the absence of aluminum frames around the edges of the transparent structures.
• Excellent sound insulation: Enhanced acoustic comfort thanks to the lack of continuous vertical and horizontal metal profiles, which often act as conductors and resonators for sound waves.
• No condensation issues: The suspended system without tubular metal profiles ensures condensation drainage problems are eliminated — no closed profiles mean no moisture inside or on them.
• Minimal optical defects: The technology provides superior transparency and practically eliminates optical flaws such as lensing.

This project showcases another excellent collaboration between Aestech and Paritet, ensuring the successful completion of a high-quality project. The involvement of skilled designers, advanced production of glass units, load-bearing structural elements, and qualified installers with modern equipment resulted in a remarkable outcome that is already delighting visitors of the shopping center.
